POVA employees guidance.  what to do if you are provisionally listED.

Care work employees who are the subject of allegations are routinely suspended and referred to the POVA list for provisional inclusion.  This can be a frightening and confusing time.  There is a useful leaflet on the Dept of Health website which those finding themselves in this situation should read and it can be downloaded by clicking here:
