Consultation on draft registration regulations
Criminal Records Bureau, 27/07/2005 
The purpose of the regulations is to specify revised criteria that organisations must in future adhere to in order to be registered, or remain registered with the CRB. They are intended to formalise and build upon the role and responsibilities of Registered Bodies, and in doing so, recognise the central role that they play in the effectiveness of the Disclosure process. 

You are invited to submit your views by completing the consultation questionnaire response form. Alternatively, hard copies of the consultation documents can be obtained by contacting the CRB Policy Team at,
